Green Meetings
As we are very concerned about the impact that our events have on the environment, we believe that we are in the forefront of creating green meeting and we are taking every possible measure to find ways to minimize the environmental footprint.
We are committed in taking every measure to reduce paper usage in our events for example using electronic booking system for our conferences instead of paper forms, encouraging emailing and reducing giveaways and by using recycled paper when we cannot avoid paper usage.
We are trying to reduce waste from our conferences by trying to recycle paper, plastic, glass and metal whenever it is possible.
Also, we are trying to reduce electricity consumption by turning off any electronic equipment that it is not used.
