Zita Congress was among the supporters of the 10th Mercedes-Benz Historic Acropolis Rally, a unique event with its own history in the World Rally Championship. The event was held from the 5th to the 8th of May and offered to its numerous friends and fans the great opportunity to admire unique vintage cars under the magnificent Acropolis template. Characterized not only for the quantity but also for the quality of entrants (on both sporting and regularity categories), this year’s rally had many international participants who will carry its reputation all over the world. Since its relaunching in 2002, the organizers have combined the rally action with the promotion of Greek civilization, culture and natural beauty. The winners of the sporting category were Konstantinos Pitsios and Aristotelis Papageorgiou, driving a factory Toyota Celica 2000GT Rally and the winners of the regularity category were Apostolos Papanikos and Aristotelis Georgiou with a Triumph GT6 +.
