The 14th Annual Congress of the European Society for Laser Aesthetic Surgery (ESLAS) was held on 5th and 6th of June at Saint John Hotel in Mykonos, Greece. The congress included an interesting scientific program with new techniques and highlights regarding Lasers in Aesthetic Surgery. The participants arriving from all corners of Europe including colleagues from all over the world (South Africa, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Peru and more !!) meant that the views expressed and the scientific work presented had a truly international nature. The island of Mykonos provided the magnificent scenery and many opportunities for a very interesting social program offering participants additional information about the thousands of years of history of the Greek Archipelago and a truly entertaining time whenever the scientific creativity was briefly put to rest. In Parallel, ESLAS organised its own very important set of steering meetings, namely the Board of Directors meeting and the General Assembly of its members. The two bodies of the Society took very important decisions in the direction of elevating the European and International role of ESLAS in the ever-developing field of lasers in aesthetic surgery.
